Take tranexa mf twice daily for three days .  If it last longer than   five days  see your local gynaecologist

if too much bleeding on day 2 plz check urine pregnancy test to rule out incomplete abortion. Also u cn tk tab pause MF twice daily for 5 days. it ll reduce both pain and bleeding
