Pls suggest tonsils medicine... i have pain in tonsil and difficulty in swelling things, no other symptom like fever or coughing just swelling around neck due to tooth abscess

Actually u r mentioning two totally different problems , tonsils & tooth abscess . Treatment of both the diseases r different . So pl consult with the doctor with detailed symptoms & pics if possible for the proper treatment . Meanwhile u can use some mild pain killer & hot saline gargles
