My daughter 3 years old has suffering from fever in 3 days now. she has red spot in throat and redness and i don't know how to cure it.

Give her paracetamol sos as per her body weight..red spots in the throat is most likely granular pharyngitis.. visit a pediatrician for proper assessment and treatment.
