Hi, I am suffering from infection of tonsillitis over a year due to which he gets high fever, chills, nauseated and body pain. The fever keeps fluctuating. I was on medications for a few months and had stopped the same earlier this month.The infection hasn't subsided yet as I am suffering  from high fever since two days and my infection has increased now. I request you to kindly advise me for the same.

Cap. Doxycycline 1 BD Tab. Paracetamol one tab TDS/ SOS Tab.Levocetrizin one tab twice daily For five days.   Followed by.... Tab.Septillin 2 tab TDS for seven days,then 2 tab BD for three months.
Next Steps
Warm saline gargles with 1 tab dessolved in water twice daily.
