Hi. Most common cause of fever is Viral and many kids it keeps coming back. Why are you thinking he has tonsillitis? Is he telling throat pain is there? When eating or drinking water? Throat needs to be checked before concluding anything? Most of the kids don't eat if they have fever... It need not necessarily be tonsillitis...
