I have swollen and red tonsils. I also have fever and cough. It is difficult to swallow. What medicine should I take.

Looks like Acute tonsillitis. Do Betadine mouth gargling thrice daily for five days Tab.DOLO 650 mg twice daily for five days Take lots of soups and like warm water. It should reduce, for any Antibiotic visit nearby doctor.
