Tonsillar stone is called as tonsillolith. It smells when it gets infected. Keep gargling. Visit nearby ENT for proper management.

Solution is to undergo LASER assisted resurfacing of tonsillar surface. By removing about 2-3mm off the surface of the tonsils, the deep tonsil crypts are saucerised and are unable to trap food particles causing the tonsil stones
