Tonsil lump or polyp

I am 22 years old. Below my right tonsil I saw a lump or polyp like structure which I sometimes feel during swallowing. I have attached the pictures. The whitish thing is ear bud ignore it. I am worried after seeing the lump. Could it be something malignant. Please answer my query.

Hi. First of all it doesnt appear to be malignant . Now coming back to what it is. It could be simple tonsillar enlargement which happens due to recurrent throat infections . Or even allergy.
