Tonic to regularise period

Any medicine or tonic toh regularise periods . They use to happen only for three days, now they've increased to 7 days with heavy flow. Kindly suggest

If bleeding is heavy and prolonged then need to do two things. First is to gind out the cause and second is to check if you have anemia or decreased hemoglobin content. Depending on the this treatment should be planned
