This thing in the photo was there first 2 weeks ago and then it resolved in a day, now somehow it's bigger and inflamed and kinda throws problem while chewing. WHAT IS THIS PLS HELP, CAN IT GO Away WITHOUT SURGERY!!!

This is a small cyst. It usually subsides with a dose of Antibiotics. If you still have similar appearances, then you need to think of getting it removed.

Hello, Nothing to worry. It may be a infected mucus retention cyst or aialadenitis. But in both the condtion, there us infection, thats y it is looking red colour. The condition requires medical management. Do warm salt gargling
