My toungue looks like this, what may be the reason. My weight is around 36, i don't feel discomfort if eat little more. My food will be like child food, very less quantity. Height is 5ft

This condition is called Fissured tongue with geographical tongue. You need to maintain proper oral hygiene like brush your teeth twice in a day. Keep your tongue clean. Rinse your mouth properly after eating. Treatment: 1. Tab vit c with zinc chewable tablets everyday for 1 month. 2. Tab nurokid-D3 one's in a day after food for 1 month. 3. High protein diet. 4. Have milk and milk products. 5. Get a CBC blood test done. 6. Have a healthy diet. 7. Avoid spicy food. 8. Avoid alcohol. 9. Avoid tobacco and pan masala. 10. Drink plenty of water. 3 litres per day.
