I had it for 4-5 days some time during eating it pains how it can be cured ...pls help me out...it is present in front part of tongue

Thats an aphthous ulcer. It is a matker of stress. Get back to me via a video consultation or alternately come down to my clinic/diagnostic center Y S Desai Specialty Healthcare at Basaveshwaranagar. You will need a proper clinical assessment to discover the underlying cause of the stress. That needs to be treated to prevent further recurrence.
