She is 60 yrs old and she is facing blackening of tongue and mouth inside since 6 months and now developed alcers inside the mouth. Due to that she cannot have meal properly. Please suggest good doctor in Aurangabad Maharashtra location.

Most of the time it is a fungal infection. But since it is extensive and has been there for quite some time it is better to consult a General Surgeon so that an attempt can be made to exclude malignancy.
