Tolerance lowered for dairy products

2024-03-16 13:14:11
I have noticed for the past couple months that I've been feeling quite nauseous and have had stomach issues mostly during the times I'm having dairy products. I've felt very nauseous when I drink tea or coffee. I have also had allergic rashes randomly appear on different parts of my body which could be linked to me having dairy products but I'm not very sure. Is it possible to develop lactose intolerance at such an age or is there something else that could be the cause? How do I confirm that I'm lactose intolerance?

Healthy morning, First you must do a food allergy test. Lactose intolerance is not a true allergy and it can be develop at any age. There is no treatment for lactose intolerance but symptoms can be managed through dietary changes.

Absolutely its possible to develop allergies later inline too, hence my genuine suggestion to please get a complete food allergy test done, though testing isn't the answer or solution, kindly consult me once you have got your test reports , as allergy & intolerance towards certain food are quite different cases all together. Hence knowing the quality & the source of the dairy is of utmost importance moreover, after your test results or even now start maintaining a "Food- Dairy" every single day & note down what all you have daily atlas for 14-15 days to keep a very focused track of you eating. Also please STOP having any artificial/reday to eat foods like biscuits, cookies, cakes, Maggies etc, and go back to eating our basic diet of rice, dal roti , sabji, fruits & dry fruits.
