This black discolouration of the nail is probably due to injury to the toe. blood has accumulated under the nail surface and nothing can be done for it now. Also the distal lateral part of the nail plate seems separated from the nail bed. Be careful so the nail doesn't get ripped off. Nothing else to be done for now. As the nail grows the accumulated blood will shift with growth and grow out eventually. Hope this is helpful.
