Toe is bleeding

I dropped a 700ml steel bottle on my two toes and they both got cuts. I have put ice pack and bandage. It hurts when I walk. It's not swollen or changed colour as of now but it's paining that's all. What ointment should I use?

It remains  for long time.  Need patience.  Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days. As nail grows u cut slowly  discolored  part comes out.

If it’s 700 ml then it’s heavy Better to take an X-ray an evaluate Ointment might not help Painkillers like Hifenac p might help you
