Please tell me when toddlers can speak? My son gonna complete 21 months and he speaks 5 words something. He talks in his language. Is it normal that toddlers having their own language? I am confused of YouTube and browsing sites. They are just confusing us. Please clarify .

3 4 words with meaning is appropriate for his age. If he is able to do that nothing to worry
