Toddler sleep issue

Hello doctor My son is 21 months old. Very active and good eater. But he becomes cranky at nights. He wakes up so many times and cries and wants to be breastfed. He rarely sleeps properly. I still breastfeed him. I really don't know if it is for teething or reflex as he is a colicky baby. Plz give me a solution sir/madam. Thank you

May b due to hot weather or thirst or hunger, bedtime meal shd b of cereals, keep him well hydrated, Sometimes baby suck the nipple for comfort, which grows out with age
