Is it a problem if 18 months toddler is not pointing his index fingers to his express needs/interests/objects ?

Is he responding to name? Playing with others or in his own? Any speech delay? Talk to any pediatrician for developmental assessment and to rule out autistic features

Nothing but show that lot of interaction is not happening with the child. Child is alone and playing with himself, hence need group play and talk to the child often.
