Sir today a cat bite me. What to do? The place where she bite me is a small wound and i feel some pain in that place.

Wash wound with soap and water, anti septic solutions,  apply antibiotic ointment,  keep open.  You have to take  inj T T,  inj ANTI RABIES,  antibiotic,  tab anti inflammatory analgesic.
