Hello doctor, I have recently got my general tests done which shows increase in Triglycerides, Vldl and decrease in Hdl. And also there's decrease in iron, ferritin, iron binding capacity and increase in unsaturated iron and als decrease in Vit D. Increase in CRP. Kindly please look into this and suggest treatment.

Do some basic workout daily like walk and yoga Avoid fried and deep fried food items Lower intake of non veg and market foods Eat all meal on time Have fiber And have water 2-3 liters of water daily Add some flax seeds intake daily
