Hello It is positive for sure. Some more information will be needed to exactly know the cause of this faint positive. Like when did u have your last menses, your previous cycles were regular or not, do u have any pain in abdomen? This test may depict an early pregnancy( more common) or even an ectopic pregnancy . As I said , proper history and details are required here.
