I hv taken primolut N for 5 days.. one tablet a day... Can this help to delay my period for a month?

You need to continue  primolut N for month, when you stop you will get your period within 3to 10 days

If you want to delay your periods for a month you can’t take Primolut N for 5 days , you have to take Primolut N for a month
