TMT -ve  2DEcho ok ;left side chest pain

Dear Doctor I had a chest pain in the left side with accelerated HTN 180/120.I was hospitalised and stabilized  and all tests done TMT neg ,2D says MILD LVH normal LFT,HBa1c,Kidney function test ,Renal artery Doppler test normal , Lipids normal . Please suggest is there anything dangerous with me.

You have high blood pressure, need to take antihypertensives life long, No artery blockage problem as TMT is normal
