Sir... I have chest pain for last one week. and Echo shows normal.but TMT is mild positive for inducible Ischemia.My cholesterol HDL.34 TRIGLYCERIDES 195 Total cholesterol 209 .I am a non smoker..I already seen a cardiologist.He suggest some diet changes and lifestyle activities..My age is 31.Still also I am worried..any angiogram needed .Bp140/80
