Hello your TLC count and Neutrophils are high ....which is clearly indicative of infection . Now this can Throat infection , urine infection of URTI ... You will definitely require treatment depending on basis of your symptoms you are facing . Please share what are your symptoms and what is more bothering you ..can advise you medications
