Tissue type growth near anus

I have this weird tissue type growth between the vagina and anus. It isn't painful or uncomfortable but sometimes there is slight bleeding. What is this issue? I am worried. I have included some images of it. Kindly advise.

Your both pic are very blured so can't Diffenciat that there is only skin  tag or pile??? You need proper treatment, ayurveda have proper treatment for this
