Tis tis pain in left side chest corner

Hello I have feeling tis tis pain in left side chest corner side. It is moving here and there. Some time feeling good. Feeling some gas in stomach also. Bp is normal. No pressure on chest. Only tis tis( don't know english word) pain. Please suggest
