Tips to have normal delivery

My wife is 31 weeks and 2 days pregnant. What are steps she has to follow to have normal delivery She was 70kgs before pregnancy now she is 89.5kg From 20 days she is having foods like oats,brown rice, eggs, milk, fruits in order to control weight. She is having little less blood 10.5 mg/dl and taking 2 iron tablets as per doctors suggestion. What are the other things she has to follow in order to have normal delivery. What are the exercises she has to follow and from which week she can do excercises?

Every hospital has classes on excercises for mothers...these help make the body more relaxed which will help in normal delivery...Also daily walking for 30-40mins will be a good excercise. Connect with me online if you need more information on these excercises

she has to be physically active .. continue doing normal day ti day activities.. squatting cn help in relaxation of joints but that all has to be done after 36 weeks not now. also a lot of other factors are important.. it would be better if you could consult ur own gynaecologist..
