I am 6 months pregnent. what should i do for normal delivery. what diet i have to follow?any suggestions for normal delivery?

Continue ur routine activity and slight work avoid heavy work and lifting heavy weight this will help.At present (6months)we can not so sure that its going to be a normal delivery.

Till 9 months cant say anything about delivery .but you can take precautions Avoid extra salt diet. Maintain your diet,your hemoglobin level. Watch on fetal movement.
