15 day old infant hasn't pooped since 4 days. He is peeing thrice a day. Feeding but not burping regularly. What should be the remedy?

This is absolutely normal in this age if the baby is not uncomfortable playing and taking feeding properly you should not worry and give exclusive breastfeeding avoid living formula milk or cow milk
