I recently had a circumcision as I was diagnosed with phimosis. I am recovered from the surgery, but the tip of my penis gets stuck to my underpants due to precum at night. It is painful to get it unstuck in the morning. Is this normal, Or should I consult a doctor? Any remedies to fix this issue?
