Dear Doctor, From the last few months I am observing tiny tiny boils over across my nose. When I press them,then yellow substance came out of it and thus how I am cleaning my nose everyday . If I pressed/squeezed all those in the morning just after waking up then after 3-4 hours I can find again tiny tiny boils(may be the word is incorrect) over across my nose again. Sir/Ma'am,For your reference I am attaching the pic of my nose,where you can see tiny tiny yellow fuild filled boils on my nose. I request you to please suggest how to get rid out of it.
