Sometimes I have tiny scar under foreskin where the fold begins. And the area becomes very sensitive. It hurts even when I clean it with water. Scar get hilled within 2-3 days but reoccures. The area always looks red under foreskin and sometimes itchy. Can it be any kind of std ?
