Hello Docter M suffering osmf last 12 year I was notice one red tiny blood dot in blood vessel last 5 year ago still in same area but size is increased around 1 mm what is the diagnosis.

Hi there as i can see in picture it’s complete oral submucosal fibrosis
Next Steps
Stop taking alcohol tobacco which can increase it . Do observe lesion weekly by urself

This could be one of the stages of osmf where visible vesicles can be there along with osmf....continue with osmf treatment ...apply steroid ointment there also
