Tiny holes on hands n legs

I have got some super tiny holes on my palms and bottom of my feet...On palms, they are typically aligned with the lines on the hands and due to which skin feels rough...Though I do not feel any pain or discomfort..But they don't look good plus the skin is not smooth...Kindly suggest some ointment to cure this
