Tiny bumps on arms

So since few days I have observed I have developed tiny tiny bumps on my left arm, i have similar spots on right arm but they're not bumpy, i don't have itching or any sensation, just those bumps like when we get goosebumps. Please help me diagnose this! I want to go to local dermatologist but he's not available for a week, please help, attaching an image.
