Tiny Blisters on hands

I got these tiny round clear blisters on the palms of both hands about 3 weeks ago right before I started working a new day job...previously I had been home for the past 8 years as a stay at home mom. I am very stressed out and struggling with work /life balance. The blisters are tiny and once broken open, seem to go away. This week I noticed new ones in the same spots just not as many? My skin is super dry and I wash my hands constantly which drys them out more. Can these blisters be bug bites, hives or a type of wart? I have never had a wart that I know of before? I use lotions whenever I can but it's not helping heal the dry parts quick enough.
