Tiny blister vagina/ vaginal vestibule

Hello doctor, i have this tiny blister may be since 2 years , and I'm suffering  infection in vulva  since 3days , i went to gynecologist she prescribed me ketonate cream and Azithromycin 500 tab for 3 days , she didn't tell about that blister anything , I'm so much worried what that was and does i have genital wart or STD ??

Consult Now
Best is consultation in clinic for clearer view of blister. Meanwhile perineal hygiene is to be maintained. No unnecessary rubbing/frequent washing /  chemical usage. Look for similar lesion in sexual partner.
