This is Shivakumar from Bangalore 36 years male I having health issue since 1 year Feeling sudden unconscious , heigh pitch ringing sound in ear , sleep disturb, can not able to sleep, Left side of the body shoulder to toe weakness Feeling imbalance ,head ache dizziness in head , moving sensation , feels uncomfortable Consulted with many specialist but no use Can any specialists help me

Symptoms if they keep recurring would be very suspicious of ‘Vestibular (Labyrinthine) Migraines’. Treatment is same as acute migraines. Zolmitriptan nasal spray as soon as the symptoms start. All the best. J G S R clinic
