This is Shivakumar from Bangalore 36 years male I having health issue since 1 year Feeling sudden unconscious , heigh pitch ringing sound in ear , sleep disturb, can not able to sleep, Left side of the body shoulder to toe weakness Feeling imbalance ,head ache dizziness in head , moving sensation , feels uncomfortable Consulted with many specialist but no use Can any specialists help me
