Tinnitus - Not able to get it cured

Suffering from chronic Tinnitus for 7 years. High frequency sound is persistent in my ears all the while 24x7 (no vertigo) - Year 1 - Took steroid medication after it was established that Eustachian tube isn't blocked (Wysolone) for 3 months with mild improvement in hearing. Diagnosed it to be auditory nerve related - Year 2 - Tried similar treatment at another hospital but no further improvement - Year 7(few weeks ago) - Did all my tests (Audiogram, Endoscopy, 3T MRI) - Have a blocked septum on one side of nose, small (<50%) vascular loop found in MRI Have been getting different opinions from renowned doctors in the last few weeks - Doc 1 - Try PRP injections as I'm nor responding to Oral med - Doc 2 (didn't even get into details) - Medicines related to nose/sinus and vertigo Is there a surgical route to this or am I stuck with a permanent problem for my life. Okay with any old or cutting edge treatment method. I'm not able to bear this sound as it doesn't allow me to focus.
