Hello I am suffering from last 2 week, it start when I wake up in midnight due to night mare Already went to doctor and done hearing loss test. All thing are good no ear loss problem, no cold Dr prescribes me to take antibiotics and gaggle with warm salt water Still no effect I will tell you how it start I am working professional 24 year male last month's i work without break in week Before tinnitus start I had head message and barbar crack my neck nathing happen that time before going bed t took 1 beer bottle and one cigarette And at mid night around 4 am i have bad dream and tinnitus start What can be cause of it. ? If possible i can change doctors also in Hyderabad. Please help
