My ent doctor prescribed neurokind plus and tryptometer i was getting relief but it fluctuates a lot. Need help. My audiomerty report were normal. But sound is very loud.  It feels like stone cutting sound.

We need to evaluate the cause of tinnitus..most of the time there is no detectable cause , in that case we need to give medicine as well as tinnitus therapy which usually helps the patients over time. if there is any detectable cause we need to approach that separately.

Giddiness or any other symptoms? Tinnitus s an phanthom auditory perception ..only by ignoring dat noise it will b releaved...but its a indicator of neural problems too ..only dr says its other issues r normal den need not worry
