Tingling sensation

Hi Doctors, There is a tingling sensation in my leg inside the callus. It is very irritating and feeling like someone is pinching it. I keep removing it via pumice stone but still it is giving this sensation. I have tried salicylic acid and corn caps too. Kindly help. Attached pictures Thanks

Kindly visit a dermatologist for detailed examination and treatment. If it's a recurrent problem, the corn can be removed if needed
