For last six months I am getting this tingling sensation at the top of my penis and I feel to urinate every time sometime there is irritation in urethera after urinating my urine culture report kidney bladder prostate pvr report is ok uroflowmetry is ok I m in consultation with urologist who told me that it is overactive bladder I m diabetic is this symptom is due to diabetes because uti has been ruled out by doctor after observing my report
