Paresthesia, whenever I eat food it occurs, the eating position always numbs my legs and Tingling or prickling, “pins-and-needles” sensation; usually temporary for 2 mins, please help how to avoid as it is regular on every day if I sit with h same eating position in ground for more then 10-15 mins
