My both hands and legs started getting tingling, Firstly it was rare, I dint notice but then it happen again and again, I go for check up and found deficiency of B12 and D, and in Jan2020 tingling and numbness happened to be alot, then I visited to another doctor he gave me medicine then it was fine and became to rare, but now from last 3 days, it happens too often again. Tingling last 3 4 hours sometimes, I m worried about this.
