Hello Dr., For last few days I am feeling tingling and numbness on left hand and left leg mostly..even I have lower back pain.. its really irritating to sit. When ever I walk I don't feel that pain only while sitting and sleeping I feel that sensation. please suggest what to do to get relieved from this. Any medicine ??

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You need to get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. It might be due to pressure on some nerve. Do not delay it further. You can take tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
