Since last 6 months I am suffering with tingling and numbness in my right hand actually I was suffering with cervical pain but now pain is reduced but suffering with numbness and tingling feeling coldness in fingers too

Looks like nerve compression symptoms. Needs evaluation and treatment. Avoid bad posture and too high pillow. Sos painkillers Avoid 2- wheelers Consult if issue persists. Thanks

Tingling could be due to neck problem or due to Carpal tunnel syndrome.. consult a Neurologist who will examine and may advise some investigations like  nerve conduction test.
