Doctor, I'm 14 years old. I have myopic astigmatism on both eye. Power is - RE(SPH:-2.50, CYL:-0.50), LE(SPH: -0.75, CYL: -0.75). For some days, I'm feeling that my vision is tilted. The example of my vision are attached as an image. What is the problem, doctor?

If the axis of your cylindrical power is alright this shouldnt happen to you when you are using glasses.
Next Steps
Recheck refraction for cylindrical axes.
